It's a new year! Why not try something new this year to reach your fitness goals? Saturday January 20th, we will have a nutrition coach come in to talk about nutrition and starting to make better habits for a better you. This class will be at 4:00 pm and the cost is $5.00.

We started a homeschool day class at 10:00 am. This class is a 6 week course but can continue as long as there is interest. Class is $99 for the 6 weeks and includes a uniform!
We now have ladies only cardio kickboxing on Monday's at 8:30 am for $5.00/class!

We will be having an outside class Saturday May 16 11:00 am in the back parking lot. No gi’s. Wear tennis shoes and a mask if you have one please.

Classes will start back up Monday May 25 at 6:00 pm. Times will be changed on Tuesday and Thursday to 5:00-5:45, 6:00-6:45 and 7:00-7:45 for now to keep people separated. Please come already dressed for class and wear a mask.
Mr. Mike Bess will be coming Thursday May 28 at 7:00 pm to teach an introductory jujitsu class.

Our Qigong class has started and is on Wednesday evenings at 6:00.

Promotion Saturday June 17, 2017 at 10:00 am. There is a $15.00 charge for belt testing. There will be a cookout right after promotions for all students.

The tournament planned for April 26, 2014 is going to be postponed until October 18, 2014. There didn't seem to be enough interest by the students of the three dojo's. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The students are doing really well in their karate classes and they will be getting ready for their first belt promotion coming up in December.

Tai Chi is always a good time every week and everyone seems to really enjoy it. New students are welcome to start up at anytime.

We will be holding an Escrima seminar Saturday January 11, 2014 from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm. The seminar cost is $35 for 3 hours of training. We will have sticks available for $15, at your request. Everyone is welcome! No experience necessary. Children must be 14 or older. Please call 765-617-8926 or 765-620-2656 to reserve your spot for the seminar. Seminar will be given by Guru Mike Casto.

Everyone that participated in our first Tai Chi class last Wednesday seemed to enjoy it. Thanks to Emily Ottinger for instructing the class. Looking forward to doing again this week!

We spent the weekend out at Frankton Heritage Days talking to some potential students. Hope to get a few new faces in this week!
